From Merv in Saint John: The BLACK BACKED WOODPECKER scarce anywhere in N.B., is very scarce in the SAINT JOHN area. This one was seen by Frank Kelly and I, on Monday Oct. 23rd on the Red Head D.U. marsh trail around 10AM.
